Berry Juice

Serves: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Fresh From the Market:

  • 1 c. Strawberries
  • 1 c. Blueberries
  • 1 c. Raspberries
  • 2 c. Coconut or Almond Milk (Unsweetened, Not Full Fat)

Kitchen Gadgets:

  • Blender or Juicer

Berries
 

Coconut Milk

Juicing Instructions:

  • Wash the berries and hull the strawberries.
  • Blend the berries and milk for about 15 seconds or until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately, store in the fridge for 2 to 3 days or freeze for a week.
