gluten free dipping sauce recipe (plain and buffalo)

I will start by saying that I detest mayonnaise. I think I am actually afraid of it. That said, you will never find mayo or veganaise in any of my recipes so I apologize if you are disappointed. I do, however, enjoy condiments, salad dressings and dipping sauces that are not made with mayo, but it is not always easy to find an alternative. For example, I love buffalo wings (gluten free, of course!) but hate blue cheese dressing. Try this recipe for a delicious alternative to mayo-based dipping sauces. It is made with feta since cheese made with goat or sheep's milk tends to be easier to digest and healthier than cheeses made with cow's milk.

You can make this feta cheese dip plain (with olive oil and lemon) or spicy (with hot or buffalo sauce) depending on what you plan to dip with. Pair this with chips, veggies, gluten free zucchini sticks, gluten free buffalo wings - whatever you are in the mood for! This recipe makes a small batch for two people so double or triple the measurements if you are making this for a group for Sunday football or the holidays. #feelingsnacky
